 The 5th Avenue Story

Through the many years of being a grassroots organization, to presently arriving as an established proactive productive  501(c)3  nonprofit organization.

Created as a Harm Prevention and Human  Service provider , 5th Ave. Alliance the  LGB-Transgender Stability Assistance Project's purpose is to create an avenue of assistance within Human Services  toward with sustaining stability within daily living situations. With a program geared toward  positive proactive productive progress within society, many lives can become an asset toward independent success with harm.

5th Ave. Alliance, has discovered through effort and inquiring two or more key rode blocks faced by many LGBT community members that whom  lack to obtain assistance from many programs geared toward daily living solutions with many sources.

​

• Many established mainstream government, state wide and local agencies with programs or avenues of  funded assistance are limited. Which can cause the unavailability toward daily living assistance for many.

​​

• Many community members are not comfortable seeking these programs for fear of being turned away due to  continued discrimination or  unable to qualify for assistance based upon strict  program guidelines that are not applicable to the one in need.

​

•     Many are living within the poverty or a bit above  level do not qualify to gain assistance.

​

5th Ave. Alliance took great thought upon creating and developing a beneficial structured program  geared toward the  stability, success and survival skills of the LGB-Transgender community member(s).

5th Ave. Alliance's  goal is to gain funding toward its harm prevention / human services project with the purpose

that will assist it's client intake  LGB-Transgender community member (s) within its five (5) avenues of services, should it be found established state wide assistance agencies, programs, or avenues of funding are unavailable toward assistance.

​

5th Ave Alliance contains supportive resources and outreach assistance, from a numerous wide spread of individuals, organizations and businesses that collectively assist as an alliance that contributes services based upon income, toward provided structured LGB-Transgender Stability Assistance Project's  five (5)  avenues of service.
